My work made this transaction frustrating. Firstly we had to make several attempts at viewing appointments then when taking delivery, because of a unique set of circumstances there was a delay and that took some hours. Reece, my contact agent was brilliant and patient throughout however and despite delays, (which were created by my work situation and not the car store) the delivery process was still great. I was constantly updated and when things came together I didn’t feel rushed by either Reece or the car store despite taking up most of the afternoon.
