You don't do what you say you'll do.
We agreed you'd take dents out of the car before purchase and this didn't happen. I ask for email contact and you call me. You agree to organise a courtesy car for me and one isn't available on the agreed date. You call me again after reiterating that my preference is for email.
It's this lack of attention to detail that's a problem.
