Matthew who conducted the deal was fantastic in every way, very friendly and genuine. James who assisted with the financial side was also fantastic. I didn't feel under pressure and the whole atmosphere was very relaxed in store. I was impressed with how the children, (even though extremely over excited) were made to feel welcome and included in the whole process. The staff from the front desk to deal are a fabulous asset to the company.
