I thought the sales staff that I was dealing with were friendly and had a good understanding of the product. The environment is good and bright when you enter. The second young sales man Ryan did a good job in picking up on my second visit following my interaction with a business manager on my first visit. The first business manager I met did not fill me with confidence, he lacked customer insight and did not read my signals when I was cash customer. Also fell a bit unhappy when the car was ment to have a full service when on the way home with it I had to stop and add adblue to the tank.
