I had a fantastic experience at Peter vardy Glasgow, thanks to Matthew B. He was professional from start to finish as well as being natural and friendly. I was in and out of the country so struggled to have any spare time to see him but he was excellent working around my schedule ... Even if I had left it VERY late to get a new car (my car was due back the same week that I went into the show room. I've got no sob story to tell or massive complaint that needed fixed.. I just had an excellent experience and it was all down to Matthew running around daft and doing his job amazingly. I never felt like I was out of the loop despite being hundred of miles away for the majority of the time I was dealing with Matthew. I don't tend to do these feedback forms, but I felt compelled to make sure my thoughts were heard on Matthew. He just did everything exactly as it should do - how often does that actually happen nowadays!? I work for a company who has won numerous awards for customer service for the last 30 years (first direct) and I would say that Matthew would fit in perfectly with his attitude and work ethic.
