The after sales team were truly awful to try and coordinate even basic repairs. I wrong down and provided pictures of the work to be carried out. After 3 days went to pick the car up and none of the work had been completed (apart from a replaced door seal). There was no inspection mechanism to ensure the work was carried out and no confirmation review provided to let me know the outcome of work. I have had to follow up with Citroen due to a lack of clarity regarding an issue I have raised.
I would however like to call out that Brian McWilliams my sales advisor was great and tho only person I dealt with who was profession, prepared and supportive. I was very impressed with his person service but as a company I have not been satisfied with the end to end process. In addition I would like to point out that although a second hand car is not a new car, i still spent £10500 which is a high outlay and not something I am prepared to accept incompetent after sales service. At one stage I was informed that the after sales team knew nothing about certain work to be carried out even though I had a confirmation voice mail to the contrary.
