The salesperson was presentable and quite informative. However, as pleasant as most of the experience was there were areas that need looking at.
1) Prior to purchasing the car I was informed by the salesman that to install reversing warning system would be around 100 Pounds. A few days later I returned to enquire about one or two things about the car and asked about the reversing warning system and was surprised to find that it would cost around 2 1/2 times what I'd been told.
2) Your system at the time of sale regarding 3 additional costs of 299 pounds for each, a total, if you opt for them, of 897 pounds cannot be classed as acceptable at a time Where every buyer is already under extreme pressure.
3) After the sale has been agreed your system goes into a much slower mode which tends to make you feel that now we havw sold a card we can just take our time to finish off everything else at our leisure. Not good.
4) The fact that you salesman called me direct to ask me if I was enjoying the car and was everything alright was fine and I appreciate that. To then go on to mention this survey and how important it was for him to get the 5 stars was not good.
Please do not assume from that, that was not good at his job as he was kind and never pushy etc except on the additioal charges, and I'd go back to him again without a doubt. However, please do not have a salesman give out an estimate for sensors or anything else of that nature. Offer to get a technical person to come out and give the customer a price breakdown or have a list of additions and their costs, at hand. It will not lose the sale and may further enhance your reputation.
