The staff were helpful & the purchase & part exchange seemed to go well. I am however waiting for the second key as one given to me did not work. I am also expecting a refund of £200 as I did not have the V5 with me for the exchanged car. This was posted to you yesterday so the refund should be made shortly. Finally I am concerned a "spanner" warning light is showing on the display & the display tells me a service is needed although I was told a service will not be needed until October next year! It would be helpful to know what is correct!!
