Everything from the personalised video I received after enquiring about a car & making an appointment, to the friendly nature of all the staff made my first car buying experience excellent, and Kelly in particular was fantastic at making sure I got the right vehicle for me and keeping in touch from the very start right upto checking in to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle and everything was going well.
