Customer service was excellent - first time we had visited the CarStore so had to get used to the different way of working. I only hope the aftersales care matches the car sales care provided.
My only downside was the presentation of the car when we came to collect it - we didn't know about the cover, flashing lights or music. It would put me off coming to buy a car again in the future however the female that was dealing with us did try to help and put us at ease as much as possible.
