Purchased this Car as a surprise birthday present for my girlfriend. The staff in the CarStore could not have been better, anymore helpful and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. From the receptionists on the door right through to the hand over team. My thanks to Kelly and the managers who helped me organise a surprise reveal of the car at your dispatch area. The car was under a cover with a red bow around it (dug out of your xmass decorations box) with a hand written note wishing my Girlfriend a happy birthday, greeted with flouts of bubbly drinks and music arranged over the speakers. Clearly the staff care about the customers and enjoy what they do for them to go above and beyond.
