The actual visit/buying of the car was great. However I have had to go back in twice because the service check had not been added to the service manual and an oil light was on - I had called a few times and was told to go back any time on a Saturday and someone would reset the light. However, when I turned up at 3pm I was told all service employees had gone home and that I would need to return on a weekday (*when we spotted that the service booklet had not been complete). I have also called several times about a holiday voucher I was promised when I purchased the car and still have had no word of it. I have spoken to 4 different people on separate occasions, non of whom have got back to me.
