The full team involved in my purchase were excellent.
The salesman William opened us up to suggestions of cars we had not previously thought about, and in the end we bought one of these cars. His customer service was excellent and he certainly made it all about what was right for us.
The only let down was form the after-care. While driving the car home I noticed a few issues with it. I immediately contacted the car-store, and was informed it would be dealt with immediately.
It then became increasingly difficult to speak to any one involved in after-care and one day in particular the phones at reception were not even working.
I became very frustrated and felt very let down by this service.
It took almost 2 weeks for the car to be repaired from the day of purchase.
