Alan was great when helping me pick a car and Zoey was fabulous with handover. However, I waited 2 and a half hours after I was meant to pick my car up because it wasn’t ready on time and the Carstore messed the paperwork up. I was unimpressed with this and the manager was telling me to “sit and chill” when I had other appointments to go to and was running late due to this error.
