On the whole I was pretty satisfied with the service only down side was ( 1 ) the offer on the trade in from the sales team was half the price on your own web site so wasn't to pleased about that ( 2 ) was told the car would be read for collecting at 4-00pm I duly arrived in plenty of time received car at4-55pm other than that car ( touch wood )is driving well
