I dealt with Derek at the Car Store near Breahead in Glasgow, I cant fault the service he provided in any way. I was impressed with the entire service from start to finish and he delivered on your promise of finding me the right car within my budget. The only minor issue I have is that when I collected the vehicle there was a large scratch on the rear drivers side window that I had been told would have be sorted for me picking it up, the aftersales team did follow up with me as promised and advised me that a glass expert would contact me to replace the window, to date I haven't received any call from the glass expert and when I have left a message for the after sales team at the garage I've not heard back from them either. I will need to follow up on this again so this is the only thing that has stopped me from scoring Very Good on the above.
