Started well, however the "traditional" car sales tactics soon kicks in and its really then just like every other garage.
Collected the car only to find that since the test drive a 10 inch scratch had appeared on the windscreen which was completely missed during the 114 inspection check, the MOT, the person who drove the car into the collection bay and the handover guy. Make me wonder what else they have missed.
3 weeks later, still waiting for my windscreen to be replaced. Poor service all round.
