When I first purchased the car the salesman and other staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. My salesman Mark Dyer was very good at dealing with us by helping us decide on a car that was perfect for us. He definitely went the extra mile. Unfortunately I had two small issues after I purchased the car. The oil life was at 21% remaining and the front splitter was missing from one side which took me 2 extra journeys to and from the carstore on the same day meaning I wasted a lot of fuel. As I said above the staff from the front entrance and the salesman were amazing but sadly the same can’t be said for the aftersales team who did eventually fix the issues but did not apologise to me once for my inconvenience. All in all I would recommend peter vardy to others but sadly I would have to be honest at the same time.
