Very friendly and welcoming, on arrival temperature was taken and staff wore masks, (as a sheilder felt safe) my used car was perfect, exactly what I wanted, it looked amazing when I picked it up and it was taxed with petrol in too, I loved the free gift. Definitely would use again, better than the rest in my view.
