Extremely disappointed to arrive to collect my new car to find the massive chip in the windscreen had not been replaced. Invoice not properly explained to me and left me having to ask questions of managers. Will not be recommending your company again nor will I purchase another car from you. Also extremely hard to get a hold of any sales personnel. Was left with no contact for five days between purchase and collecting of car. Horrendous experience.
