It was my first time buying my own car so I was a bit unsure of what to look for and how to go about the sale. Kelly was lovely and genuine and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She simplified terms for me and made everything easy to understand. I put down a deposit on the Saturday and drove the car home on the Monday night. Everything was very efficient and quick and Kelly and her other colleagues had good communication. Even though Kelly wasn’t there when I collected my car, she has since contacted me to ask how everything went. She gave fab service. Thanks again
