Travelled from Aberdeen to Glasgow to visit Hillington as I had purchased my previous car here and overall I was pleased with the service I received. Small quibble, often difficult to contact folk at the Carstore, I tried calling/returning calls and numbers rang out, and on occasion received no replies to email. Would give 5 stars to some folk in particular - Sharon, the retention manager was my go to for consistent communication and I received honest and friendly sales service from Sandy throughout my experience. I would consider revisiting in the future.
