I reserved a car view EasyJet which contracts out to cartrawler. The reservation was completely paid for a month ahead. Arrived at the airport, no car, they decided to rent out that same car to someone else. That was Sixt in Brindisi.
Sixt was willing to refund, but Cartrawler blocked the refund procedure. They operate a scam, and we are the luckless consumers stuck at an airport with no car.
Avoid at all costs.
