I had a reservation for a rental in January at 2pm, when I arrived at 2pm the company was closed. Cartrawler is declining the refund and I’m out of money for a service I didn’t receive.
There should be a way that we can report this company and have them shut down. When I find a small claims court, I’m definitely suing them.
