No show ?
Due to a delayed flight, we arrived three hours later than planned to pick up the car (at 23:30). Unfortunately, no one responded to my calls.
The next day, I went to pick up the car, but the reservation had been canceled and marked as a no-show. As a result, I lost the entire amount I had paid in advance.
The service and policies of this company are extremely disappointing. I feel as though I was taken advantage of and unfairly treated.
I will not be using this company’s services again.
