Had to phone Lindsay about a printer problem. Courteous, efficient and friendly. Knowledgeable about the printer and likely cause and fix for the problem. This included in providing a replacement cartridge to try free of charge, even though I told her the cartridge was bought a year ago and almost empty (almost certain this will fix the problem). I will certainly be ordering refills from Cartridge People once again as customer service is excellent.
