The cart is great, the service is extraordinary and the people are wonderful. After several years of extensive use, my cart developed an issue with proper turning so I called the service number and spoke with Mark. He diagnosed the issue in short order, had the part delivered in two days and provided me with instructions to do the replacement. Took twenty minutes and the cart is back to normal. Couldn't ask for better assistance and service.
