“Great looking, lightweight cart that is easy to use. Excellent quality of material and finishes. Purchased the Yellowstone after seeing a friend's cart and couldn't be happier. Got the matching cart bag during the Masters promo too. Have used it for several rounds and can feel a difference in my walking already. Shipping was quick and I appreciate the personal touch, they called me the same day I ordered to confirm a detail of my address.”

“Car Tek was extremely helpful on helping me in my Cart. They tried helping over the phone and eventually sent me a shipping box to enable me to sent the cart back to them for repairs. It was only gone from one week and returned with all repairs completed.”

“Everything I expected and more! The 1500 V3 arrive 6 days after I ordered, I called direct and spoke to Dave, who was amazing! Easy to unpack and assemble took only a few minutes to set in remote mode and 'play' with the cart in the yard at 11:00 pm. Used it the following day without issues. At 64, I walked 18 two consecutive days for the first time in 25 years! I absolutely love this!”

“Really can not say much good about my experience with your company or the lemon cart I purchased other than I liked the design of the cart. By the way San Jose cc allows walking and the number of electri c carts grows weekly. The cart from Cost Co has the business. Played today and still fight with the motor rebuilt.”

Hi Bill, Thank you for your feedback. The caddy that you're referring to is actually 4 years old, not 2 years. Often, the reason that the speed dials fail is when people overturn the speed dial. Make sure that you're not trying to forcefully turn the dial too much.

“I received my Cart Tek Delux as promised . Everything works right out of the box except the Remote Controller. It was replaced within a week. The cart work great on course and control is simple. I like the manual control on the caddy as I cross a narrow path or bridge. Time will tell whether it is reliable. The unit is bigger than I thought and it is tight will the golf bag in the trunk and I have a full size trunk. Overall I am happy with the purchase. I would give the rating a 5 star if not for the non functioning remote control.”

“Always helpful- I ordered 2 items on this purchase ( battery and tie down strap) - package arrived with only the battery though I had been charged for both and the packing slip indicated the strap was shipped. I contacted Cart TEK and they have shipped the strap - awaiting its arrival”

“When my remote stopped working, Cart Tek knew what the problem was and repaired the remote for me at a fraction of the price of a new one. They care about their customers. I like that. When I need a new cart I’ll get another Cart Tek.”
