We purchased 2 GRI-1500 Li carts. My cart has had issues since the day of purchase. The tech support people are courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient. That being said I believe the issues I have had with my cart are surprising as I purchased the cart 2 1/2 years ago and I have replaced the battery extension cable and most recently the right motor. When the motor arrived there were no instructions on how to install it so we had to watch a You Tube video to get an idea of what to do. I believe the motor should have been replaced for free. Seven of my friends purchased MGI electric carts at the same time I purchased my Carttek and they have not had any issues at all. Additionally, the remote should have the capability of being charged through a USB port to charge it prior to use. Having to change the batteries in the remote while playing is not convenient.
