Last Sunday an operator error caused my electric trolley to take a dip in the water hazard. It was completely submerged and would not power up after pulling it out of the pond. I brought it home and found a link on the Cart Tek website and how to inspect it for damage and dry it out. It was clear I needed a new Li battery and on Monday I called the service dept. at Cart Tek. Zach was incredibly helpful. He gave some additional tips on how to dry the trolley out and measures to take to prevent rust. The replacement battery arrived in 48 hours. I needed some additional advice on how to re-install the snap ring clips and Zach immediately returned my call and straightened me out. The buggy is up and running good as new. I have friends with electrical trolleys made by other manufacturers and their experience with non-Cart Tek service support has been poor.
