This is my second review for my purchase. I wanted to give 5 stars to customer service. After several years of use, I had a problem with the connection being dropped between the remote and the cart. I contacted support, and they had an answer for me immediately. I returned the remote which was quickly repaired and then returned. They stand behind their products which are awesome products to begin with.
