Tyler was very patient & kind with my dilemma. I received the necessary item, & then discovered it was my remote. I thought I had changed the batteries & placed new ones...I DIDN'T!!!! ;+( Anyway, Tyler was awesome, THANK YOU for having such a great customer care associate on staff!!!
