Purchased a new battery and accessories for my Cart Tek. The website said free shipping for orders over $250. My order was over $350, and I was still charged shipping. I was in a hurry and didn't bother to dispute it; just placed the order anyway. Very annoying.
Following up on the above. When this was brought to Cart Tek's attention through my review, they promptly refunded the shipping charge. I very much appreciate their response.
