Customer service is why I chose the gri-1500li. I scoped out the carts on the $2000 range and it came down to 2 carts that were the best. I had quite a few questions on the carts and Carr Tek was by far the best customer service. I have bought more accessories and they have been very helpful by answering all my questions. They have been very good. I know, I worked in customer service for 39 years.
