Customer service was very helpful. I received the replacement part in a timely manner. I also received extra connectors and a color chart that, as it turned out, I needed. More importantly, I received detailed instructions and a YouTube video on how to install the lower shaft. I followed the instructions carefully, for the rather difficult installation, and everything worked out perfectly. Thanks, Paul
