There are two things that I look for in a company: good products and good customer service. I found both in Cart Tek.
I have a GRX-950 which is quite old and has been with me in many miles of good and bad walks. I had very few problems with it, but when it started veering to the right when going uphill, I contacted Cart Tek Customer Service. Thank you, Tyler, for your excellent support.
