Tech Support is the best I've encountered over a few decades. I recently had a significant issue with my cart that was ENTIRELY MY FAULT (went into a water hazard!). Technical Support patiently walked me through troubleshooting steps and provided the replacement components I needed. It took replacing two different major components which was done in two steps over only 10 days (including shipping from West Coast to East Coast - twice). They were friendly, competent, very Customer oriented, and obviously proud of the product they supported. This is the best Customer Service I've received in many years.
