this is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Three of our foursome all bought new GCI 1200s two years ago. None of us had have had any problems other than me not charging my battery correctly. Cart Tek technical support was able to walk me through what I was doing wrong. Plenty of YouTube videos for correct procedures now. Awesome response times when I ordered accessories. Usually received my orders in two days!!
