We, (my wife and I); have been customers of Carttek for over 10 years. We received good customer support from our first electric golf carts and decided to go for another purchase. We realized that Carttek was a family ran business who appeared to take pride in their products and customer support was key if they wanted to keep us satisfied. We sometimes got upset, only if a part had became unavailable but on the long haul. We enjoyed doing business with this company
