After several accidents (all my fault) resulting in damage to my Trolley, Tyler patiently exchanged several emails with me to determine precisely which part I had ruined. I ordered the part he recommended and upon arrival, found a video on Catr Tek's website that showed me how to remove the old part & install the new one. I followed it and managed to make a successful replacement. Given that I'm a 76-yr old guy with no mechanical aptitude, this was nothing sort of amazing. I've played 2 rounds with the replaced part and all is well. Cart Tek continues to provide out standing service.
