Unable to secure phone since plastic keeps slipping out of phone case. Nothing will be done because date of purchase was November of 2023. I have not used this more than a dozen times since I have other phone carriers but can no longer use this one. At 30.00, it should be better made. Customer service refused to help because the warranty is for one year.
