“I love this case and was so excited for it. The first time I dropped my phone the screen protector cracked. it's because there is no lip n the front of the case, so it is flat with the screen, which offers no protection if dropped screen side down. Such a shame considering the price.”
“The Magsafe Ring stands do not last. My first purchase started loosing it's magnetization and easy to remove after only a couple of weeks. Eventually it got lost and I replaced it with a brand new one. The second one did the same and fell off after a short period of time.
Both stands lost magnetization within a short period of time and I had to buy two within a two month time frame. Maybe even less. So disappointing for the price and it looked super cute too. Unfortunately not worth it and will not last.”

“The Soap Bubble case turned yellow-green just shy of only 9 months of normal use. For $50 I expected more from a case. It’s quite ugly now and the next case I purchase won’t be from casemate because they wouldn’t honor the warranty. If it’s going to yellow within the 1 year warranty then they should state in the description that it’s going to yellow. Either that or honor your warranty.”
“My first ever experience with Case Mate was with my Iphone 8, it was similar to this design but it had a rough texture and that slipped out of my hands.
For the life of me Case Mate decided to make the case smooth for the Iphone 15 pro max and guess what, its slippery as hell so it slipped off my hands and broke the screen.
One of think people who design this know that slippery cases just increase the chances of dropping the phone. lol”

I purchased a Foldable Wireless 3 in 1 Charger on 12/30/22 and the inclined charging pod went out less than 7 months later. Ordered a replacement under warranty on 7/7/2023. Now the replacement's inclined charging pod went out today (5/15/2024) and they will not cover under warranty, as they go back to the original purchase date even though it is less than a year old. They offered a discount to purchase another one. NO THANKS! Why would I purchase a product that doesn't last a year twice now. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product, as they don't last a year without failure.”
