“Unable to secure phone since plastic keeps slipping out of phone case. Nothing will be done because date of purchase was November of 2023. I have not used this more than a dozen times since I have other phone carriers but can no longer use this one. At 30.00, it should be better made. Customer service refused to help because the warranty is for one year.”
“Phone case was super cute and fit great but it completely fell apart within 1.5-2 months of having it. The whole siding and magnetic circle fell apart and after a while of trying to get it to go back together i threw it away.”

I purchased a Foldable Wireless 3 in 1 Charger on 12/30/22 and the inclined charging pod went out less than 7 months later. Ordered a replacement under warranty on 7/7/2023. Now the replacement's inclined charging pod went out today (5/15/2024) and they will not cover under warranty, as they go back to the original purchase date even though it is less than a year old. They offered a discount to purchase another one. NO THANKS! Why would I purchase a product that doesn't last a year twice now. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product, as they don't last a year without failure.”
“Warning - this case is not pastel colors. It is white and silver flowers that they claim gives off these colors in lighting. This is a case of false advertising and the listing should be updated to reflect the true photos.”
“Horrible. Didn't even last me a year, much less 6 months. For the price I paid for this case I expected a durable and reliable product. Case-mate advertises it's product as a lifetime warranty but this product only had a warranty for 60 days? Had I known I probably would've been more wary. Pretty lame to advertise a 60 day warranty, but I guess that's how long your product should be expected to last. Please take your money elsewhere if you value product integrity. Cases on Amazon last me longer.”
“Do not buy the Turquoise Kate Spade iphone 15 Pro Max case. I had the case for a month and the side frame came apart, I tried to get a replacement and Casemate said that my case wasn't covered. $55.00 and it wasn't covered.”
“Bought the iPhone 15 Pro case. The button on the right side of the phone didn't work with the case. I filmed a video showing how it didn't work and that I'd fiddled with the button to try to get it to work several times on 9/22. Customer service responded and asked me to take the button out. I responded that day and said I had and it didn't work. The customer service rep then told me my case was on hold. I replied on 9/25 asking to just return the product (but was receiving a IP Error with Cloudflare that wouldn't let me). The customer service rep told me to wait because my order was on hold. I heard back on 9/26 saying that they'd be send me a new button. At this point, I was so fed up and had ordered a new case in the meantime, that I just wanted to be done with it and went ahead and returned. I'm out the $7 I paid for shipping and will not be ordering from Case Mate again.”
