I sent my Macbook (2016 Macbook Pro Touchbar) to Cash4Macs for repairs, dealt directly with Lawrence. Lawrence asked me for additional payments for repairs up to total R8000. The laptop was not repaired, even after many queries I was told it was still in repairs. I eventually fetched the laptop myself after Lawrence failed to deliver as promised. The Ts&Cs of Cash4Mac protects the Customers that if the repairs are not done I get a refund. Larence failed to pay the refund. Chas4Macs seem to have scavenged my laptop for parts, the 1TB hard drive missing, the battery looks like it was tampered with. This is unethical behaviour. Cannot trust these guys
