This cashmere robe is my second one. I was so excited to finally be getting a new one after years of wear of my first one. This robe is very different. It's not as soft as I expected it to be, and not as warm. The weave of the fibers is more of a woolen one, and it feels as if there is wool in there, although the label, and the cost, say 100% cashmere. It is difficult to find a cashmere robe these days, so I am happy that I bought this one, but it's not the standard I was hoping for. The style and cut of the robe, and its length are all very nice, and it has deep pockets too. I do love the deep richness of the burgundy color I purchased.
