Quality average, coats run larger than specified. Since the coats run large. I had called the lady she said to buy a new coat and return the 1st coat back. It shouldn't take 4 weeks. So I did what was recommended. They have received my 1st coat on 11/26/21 and have yet to return my 4 emails and 2 phone calls or money.... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE NO RESPONSE OR CALLS BACK... MOVE ON
