The website was easy to use and returning item to get bigger size was easy, however, the cashmere scarf, gloves, and hat were much thinner than most cashmere products I buy. If I saw them in person, I would not have bought them. They are nice, color is good, just not what I expected. The leg warmers were the thickest thing I got - thought the others would be the same.
