I have to say, one of the best customer service experiences. There were several issues with shipping (no fault of Cashmereboutique) which they took on as their responsibility resending a second coat after UPS delivered to the wrong address. In the end the product wasn't right for me, making a return and getting a full refund was done within a week. The follow- up and professionalism I was shown by their staff is to be commended! Would highly recommend
