Purchased a full length, pure cashmere coat in camel colour. Service was poor. Emailed cashmere boutique twice, once to request a change of shipping method and once to voice my concerns when my item failed to arrive on time. Neither emails were answered. Item eventually arrived 1 month late. The fabric although soft, was incredibly thin and almost flimsy for what it cost. The cut was also unflattering and incredibly loose around the waist despite it being the correct size. Overall a disappointing experience and will not be shopping here again.
