Great experience. Have ordered from Romania, and got my items within a month. No tracking available, but it was hardly necessary. I have contacted customer service about this and they were prompt and polite. The cashmere is neither thin (no fly-away 2-ply rubbish), nor luxurious (because it doesn't come to $500 per jumper). As a longtime cashmere lover and owner of many such garments, I can appreciate that this particular brand is of decent quality, though not at soft as others. The label says 100% cashmere, but I would venture there's a bit of lambswool in there too. Just my opinion, which could be wrong, though I doubt it. The colour is vibrant (I got something in red). Hopefully, it will keep nicely, although in my experience, as long as you send your cashmere to be cleaned by professionals, it will remain wonderful for many, many years.
